She is preparing to marry the man she loves after a rough few months that saw her baby girl fight an beat cancer and her mother go to prison for causing the accident which killed Adrienne. However, Sarah is about to get the biggest shock of her life yet on the Friday, April 10 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Following a lot of drama in her life, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) has finally felt as though things are going right for her on the NBC soap, and to cap everything off, she is set to marry Xander (Paul Telfer) and really get things seemingly back on track. However, a huge secret that has been uncovered and that will affect every single aspect of her life is about to blow everything up.

“Sarah gets the shock of her life,” spoilers reveal.

The shock Sarah will receive will be the one that Eric (Greg Vaughan) delivers to her in regards to their daughter, Mickey, who just beat cancer. Unfortunately, after Nicole (Arianne Zucker) became suspicious and followed up on all the clue she found, the truth was revealed—Mickey wasn’t really the baby Sarah and Eric had, but the on Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) welcomed into the world on the same night—and believed had died.

However, the reveal will have bigger implications for Sarah than just learning her baby was the one that died, and that she had been raising another woman’s daughter for over a year.

First, she will have to contend with the fact that her daughter died as a result of complications from the car accident she was in the night she was born. The same wreck was the one the killed Adrienne (Judi Evans)--and was caused by Sarah’s own mother, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers), who had been drinking. Now, it will mean Sarah has to deal with the fact that her mother was responsible for her baby’s death as well.

In addition, it will have major implications for her relationship with Xander, since he, along with Victor (John Aniston), were the ones who covered up the fact that Mickey had died and switched her and Rachel—and also bribed the doctor to go along with the scheme. It will mean that the man she was about to marry is also the reason for her current—and Kristen and Brady’s continuing—heartbreak. It will also mean that the secret keeping will only cause more devastation for both her and Maggie, as they each learn the truth as well.

Now, Sarah’s next move following the news could change everything.
