'Days Of Our Lives' Spoilers: Jen Consoles A Distraught JJ
He has been suspended from his job as a police officer following a devastating shooting. Now, as JJ faces the possibility of losing everything else in his life after he shot Theo, he will find comfort from his mother, Jennifer, on the Wednesday, Nov. 15 episode of "Days of Our Lives."
JJ (Casey Moss) and Lani (Sal Stowers) had been responding to reports of a break-in on the docks on the NBC soap, and the person they were seeking then took off. While chasing them down, JJ caught up with the man in the town square and ordered him to drop what looked like a weapon. When the person refused, JJ shot him down, only to later learn it was none other than Theo (Kyler Pettis).
Now, Theo is fighting for his life during a surgery to try and get the bullet out of his chest, JJ has been suspended from the police force, and the previously well-standing relationship between his family and Theo's is at risk of being completely torpedoed. Not only will Abe (James Reynolds) never forgive the Horton clan if he loses Theo, but JJ could also lose his relationship with Lani because of his actions.
However, the most devastating thing for everyone will be their fears over Theo's state. The bullet was lodged very close to his heart, which makes the surgery to remove it all the more complicated and dangerous. Val (Vanessa Williams) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) are working hard to try and save him, but there is a huge chance that he won't make it through.
Now, JJ is floored over the fact that he could have done something so reckless, and to someone who means so much to so many people. While losing his job would be heartbreaking for him, it would be the least of his worries if Theo didn't make it through the surgery. He knows that he may have committed a thoroughly unfixable act, and it's one that could truly change everything in Salem forever. Jen (Melissa Reeves) will try to console her son the best she can, but there may be no hope for the seriously despondent man.
"Days of Our Lives" airs weekdays on NBC.
