'Days Of Our Lives' Spoilers: Stefan Makes A Request Of Abigail

He knows that even though the child she’s carrying is allegedly his that she and her husband won’t allow him to go anywhere near it. However, desperate for any connection he can have that brings back a small piece of the woman he fell for, Stefan will seek Abigail out and make a shocking request on the Wednesday, August 8 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Abigail (Marci Miller) became pregnant on the NBC soap and initially wasn’t sure if the baby she was carrying was conceived by one night with her husband, Chad (Billy Flynn), or the night her alter personality, “Gabby” led her to sleep with his brother, Stefan (Tyler Christopher). Following a paternity test, which she doesn’t know Gabi (Camila Banus) switched the results of, she learned the baby was Stefan’s. He managed to talk her out of an abortion, and that has led to troubles between her and Chad as a result, though they are determined to make things work. However, for Stefan, that has meant he isn’t allowed to have contact with the child.

However, he will now decide that being a part of his child’s life is what he wants most in the world, because not only does he think he has a right to be a father, but if he can’t ever get “Gabby” back again, he may want the only thing that gives him a piece of her, which would be the child they created out of their love for one another.

Shockingly, Abigail may agree to give him some level of access to his child, though she will put up a fight at first due to her recent conversation with Kate (Lauren Koslow), who put her on blast for trying to ask Chad to accept Stefan’s child. That conversation itself could actually be what influences her most in the end, even though she does not aware Kate is begrudgingly doing Gabi’s bidding in her revenge plot.

Of course, agreeing to let Stefan have a role in the baby’s life will likely cause a final blow to Abigail’s marriage to Chad. Not only has he already been cold and distant, but he has also had a conversation of his own with Gabi, who has planted seeds of doubt that Abigail doesn’t have love for Stefan in his head. If Abigail then tells him that Stefan will be present in the baby’s life, it could force him to leave his wife and the love they share behind.
