‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: What Does Abigail Know About Gabi’s Plot?

Her husband has left her and seemingly turned against her following her pregnancy with his brother’s child. Now, Abigail will begin to suspect that Gabi is not on her side the way she claimed to be, and is actually the reason behind all the strife she’s recently faced on the Wednesday, Sept. 5 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Since she returned from integrating her alter personalities on the NBC soap, Abigail’s (Marci Miller) life in Salem has been less than ideal. She quickly learned she was pregnant and wasn’t sure if the baby was Chad’s (Billy Flynn) or Stefan’s (Tyler Christopher), and enlisted Gabi’s (Camila Banus) help to get DNA samples so she could do a paternity test. She then learned the baby belonged to Stefan and attempted to get an abortion. She was stopped after Stefan revealed he knew about the pregnancy, thanks to Gabi. Then, after she told Chad and agreed to help her raise the baby, he suddenly changed his mind. He moved into the Kiriakis Mansion, where Gabi lives, and Abigail even caught them in a cozy moment. F

Now, she is becoming suspicious that Gabi has not actually been on her side at all, and has been working against her. As she begins to wonder if her best friend is trying to sabotage her life out of some sort of revenge for setting her up for a murder she didn’t commit. She will reveal her suspicions to JJ (Casey Moss), admitting that she thinks there’s more to the story than what Gabi has claimed. Whether JJ believes Gabi, whom he is very close friends with, is working against his sister or not remains to be seen, but if Abigail is suspicious, she may start looking into whether Gabi is trying to move against her.

What Abigail doesn’t know is that the latest actions, which included getting Chad to leave her, are only the more obvious moves Gabi made. As it turned out, though she was trying to forgive Abigail over what her alter personalities were responsible for, her attempts went out the window when she learned that she could no longer have children of her own, as a result of the attack she endured while in prison. After realizing what happened to her, Gabi became consumed by revenge.

As a result, she got a hand on Abigail’s paternity test results before the mom-to-be could. She was livid when she realized Chad was, in fact, the father of the baby and decided to get revenge by switching the results. Now, with everyone believing the baby is Stefan’s, she has continued with her plot, and no one is any the wiser that they should have suspected something wasn’t right from the beginning.
