‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: What Will Sarah And Eric’s Bond Bring?

They’ve both suffered some humiliating heartbreak and devastating loss in recent weeks, and now, with the holidays approaching, the bond between Sarah and Eric will begin to grow, starting on the Wednesday, Nov. 21 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Eric (Greg Vaughan) is still reeling over what happened at the warehouse in Nashville when his reunion with Nicole (Arianne Zucker) was seemingly cut short forever after she remained trapped inside when the building exploded in a fire. Since then on the NBC soap, he has not only been in mourning but trying to adjust to raising the daughter she left behind, Holly (Sienna and Cara Gwartz). Meanwhile, Sarah (Lindsey Godfrey) has been dealing with the humiliation of learning that Rex (Kyle Lowder) cheated on her with Mimi (Farah Fath) and had a baby with her, which led to the end of their engagement.

Now, knowing how alone he feels because she was also close with Nicole, Sarah will make a move to give Eric some joy during the holidays. “Days” spoilers state that “Sarah invites Eric over for Thanksgiving.”

As the two spend time together, they will begin to bond, especially as they both spend time with Holly. However, as the bond grows, they will also find themselves being tested, because a battle over who should care for Holly is looming on the horizon.

A preview clip for episodes over the remainder of 2018 (see above) shows Eric discussing Holly’s well-being with Sarah, and stating that before Nicole died, her last wish was for him to raise the daughter she had with Daniel. However, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) will also want to raise the little girl, since she is her granddaughter—and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin), with Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) support, will also make a bid for the little girl since she was the surrogate who carried her and Holly’s initial custodial parent. As a result, the bond Sarah and Eric form will need to be stronger than ever if they’re going to successfully beat everyone else out to make Nicole’s final wish come true.
