‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Will Ciara’s Roommates Accept Ben?

Their relationship and connection to one another is the most opposed one in Salem. However, that won’t stop Ciara from making an unpopular decision regarding Ben on the Thursday, August 16 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) have been closer than anyone around them can stand since the cabin fire. Now, Ben was ready to leave town on the NBC soap because Hope (Kristian Alfonso) closed the case she was trying to build against him, though he was told he had to leave Salem and Ciara behind for good as a result. Ciara had other plans, however, and begged him to stay. Now, she will continue to irk those around her by offering him a place to stay as well—in the loft.

Naturally, moving Ben into the loft is not going to sit well with her roommates, Claire (Olivia Keegan) and Tripp (Lucas Adams) --with Tripp especially becoming furious. He thought he and Ciara were going to finally rebuild their relationship again, and she had finally seemed ready to sleep with him. However, she has since also revealed that she does have some feelings for Ben, and that has put an official damper on their plans for a potential future together.

While Tripp will be furious that Ben will be living at the loft, Claire may actually find a reason to be okay with the situation. Though she will also be uncomfortable with his living there because of his serial killer past, she may also see a way to use it to her advantage.

Claire has had her eyes on Tripp for a while now and wants to have a relationship with him since she and Theo (Kyler Pettis) are officially done. Tripp has stubbornly refused to accept her advances and remained committed to making things work with Ciara however. Knowing Ciara has some feelings for Ben, and that he also had them for her, Claire may see an opportunity to permanently drive a wedge between Ciara and Tripp, which would give her the guy she wants in the end. As a result, she could surprise her roommates by seeming welcoming to the man no one else in town wants to see.
