‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Will Lani Admit Her Feelings To Eli?

She’s pushed him away several times because of the bad history between them involving their baby, but now, after another confrontation, Lani may be forced to finally admit the truth about her feelings to Eli on the Thursday, Dec. 6 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Ever since their son, David, died during childbirth, things haven’t been the same for Eli (Lamon Archey) and Lani (Sal Stowers), who conceived him during a drunken hookup last Christmas Eve. Since then on the NBC soap, Eli has admitted to her several times that he does in fact care for her and would like to pursue a relationship, but she has kept him at arm’s length, refusing to let anything more happen. However, she may now be forced to after seeing another moment between him and Sheila (Tionne Watkins) and drawing conclusions about the relationship the two friends share.

A preview clip for the week’s episodes (see above) shows Lani arriving at Eli’s door once again, and seeing Sheila there will lead to some questions. When she sees that Eli is shirtless, she will question whether the two are just friends, and Sheila will insinuate that more has happened. When a disgusted Lani leaves, Eli will confront the other woman for lying about what has happened between them, but Sheila will assure him that it will likely work to get Lani to finally reveal the truth.

Following that encounter, Eli may finally go to the woman he cares for at the police station and could confront her once and for all about where they stand as a potential couple. Whether or not Lani is finally forced to admit she also wants to be with him remains to be seen.
