‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Will Marlena Force John To Reveal His Secret?
She was stunned after she was told that her husband was the secret father of the man who is destroying her grandson’s life. Now, Marlena will confront John for keeping such a huge secret from her on the Wednesday, March 6 episode of ‘Days of Our Lives.”
Marlena (Deidre Hall) could sense there was something John (Drake Hogestyn) wasn’t telling her when he inexplicably stuck up for Leo (Greg Rikaart) after he and Will (Chandler Massey) got into it in the town square on the NBC soap. Marlena was floored by the action since her grandson and Sonny (Freddie Smith) are not only being forced to stay apart yet again but are also facing attempted murder charges thanks to Leo, so she couldn’t figure out why John was going to bat for the man she thinks is antagonistic. After Victor (John Aniston) summoned her however, she learned why—John is Leo’s secret biological father.
Now, Marlena will demand answers from him about why he kept this secret from her, especially since they’ve been down this road before and it didn’t go well for them at first. John will need to explain himself and his motives as much as possible, but it doesn’t mean Marlena will be so forgiving.
Of course, John was only keeping the secret because Diana (Judith Chapman) had insisted, claiming Leo didn’t know the truth and she wanted to keep it that way. What John doesn’t know however is that Diana also has a game in play, and she has used both her son and Victor as pawns in the scheme. She told Victor that Leo was John’s son and admitted that she wants him for herself. She also promised the head of the Kiriakis family that if he got John and Marlena to split up, then she would make sure Leo stopped being such a pest to his family.
Now, it appears her plan has reached the next phase, but if Marlena stuns her by choosing to forgive John for keeping the secret, then she may need to go to new extremes to get what she wants.
“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
