He is the reason she fled town in the first place, and now, with everyone desperate to locate her and baby Rachel, Xander will do everything he can to show Sarah his loyalty on the Friday, April 24 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

After Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) learned that Xander (Paul Telfer) had switched her dead baby with Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) more than a year ago, she called off their wedding on the NBC soap and was prepared to say goodbye to the little girl she had been raising and had seen through cancer. However, she couldn’t bring herself to actually go through with it and instead kidnapped Rachel and took her to Paris. Since then, everyone in Salem has been trying to track her down, so far with no luck.

However, Xander wants to prove to her that while he made a major error in an attempt to bring her happiness, he wants her to still keep the little girl she has raised as hers—and when he finally gets through to her, he will try his best to convince her to let him know where she is so he can help her.

“Xander pleads with Sarah on the phone, insisting he can help her,” spoilers reveal.

However, Sarah likely isn’t going to want his help, since she no longer wants anything to do with him—and he may have other things to become concerned with anyway since Kristen realized that Victor (John Aniston) was also in on the baby swap scheme—and took action against him by stabbing him. Now, the race will be on to save his life.

“Victor is rushed to the hospital,” spoilers state.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
