Daytona 500 2012 Live Stream: How to Watch and Listen to the 'Great American Race'
In an unprecedented move, NASCAR fans were forced to wait an extra day to watch the biggest event of the year, the Daytona 500.
Heavy rain caused the track to become too slippery. This posed an immediate danger to the 43 racers. So, for the first time in 54 years, NASCAR officials postponed the event to Monday 12 p.m. EST. The race can be viewed on local Fox network stations.
However, the start may pose a problem for racing fans. Many people are just starting their work week and are at their jobs.
For those stuck in the office, It is possible to listen to the event. Motor Racing Network has a list of available radio stations from across the country that will be broadcasting the race. The website also gives NASCAR fans the opportunity to listen to the event for free, for those who cannot escape their computers and cubicles.
Unfortunately, there is no legal live stream available.
