“Dead Of Summer” executive producers Adam Horowitz, Edward Kitsis and Ian Goldberg teased about the season finale during an interview to Entertainment Weekly. Drew (Zela Willaims) and Blair (Mark Indelicato) rode off on a bus with the campers towards the end of episode 9. Is that the last we saw of them? “If I were writing this show, I’d bring them back, and luckily I am,” Horowitz told the website. He also added, “There might be some ghost curtain calls to come.” Which means, we will see the murdered camp counselors, Drew and Blair in episode 10.
The producers also spoke to TVLine and revealed that the Season 1 finale will explain why Jessie has an affinity for the supernatural. She can easily tap into the supernatural. Remember how Cricket (Amber Coney) chose to contact her instead of Blair in order to warn everyone about the demon?
Furthermore, Malphas’ endgame will be revealed.
Watch the Season 1 finale of “Dead Of Summer” on Tuesday, Aug. 30 at 9 p.m. EDT on Freeform.
