Demi Lovato Defends Billie Eilish Over ‘Tired’ Instagram Comment

Demi Lovato has stepped in to defend fellow pop star Billie Eilish from trolls after the budding artist slammed her critics for all the negative comments they gave about her fashion style.

Lovato, who has been hitting back at trolls by posting her unedited photos on Instagram, commented on a photo uploaded by the “Bad Guy” hitmaker and let her know that she is not alone in the fight against the trolls.

The 17-year-old singer shared an image of her sporting a baggy, print heavy, colorful outfit along with the caption, “If only I dressed normally I’d be so much hotter. Yeah yeah come up with a better comment, I am tired of that one.”

The trolls began to spread negativity about her style by saying a lot of ridiculous things on her Instagram post. That’s when the “Sober” hitmaker came to Eilish’s aid.

“Yo dress for YOU, f*** the haters/trolls. We [love] U for U,” Lovato wrote on Eilish’s post.

This is not the first time Eilish was trolled for the way she dresses. Speaking with Elle, the “When The Party’s Over” hitmaker revealed that there is a reason why she only wears certain types of clothing.

“The point is not: Hey, let’s go slut-shame all these girls for not dressing like Billie Eilish. It makes me mad. I have to wear a big shirt for you not to feel uncomfortable about my boobs,” Eilish said.

Lovato herself has been a victim of “body shaming” on various social media platforms, and this actually forced her to take a break from social media.

But the “Tell Me You Love Me” singer gave a befitting reply to the trolls by bravely sharing her “unedited photos” on Instagram that showcased her summer-ready body in a bikini.

The musician shared two photos while sporting leopard print beachwear with neon green straps that go perfectly with her new hair color.

The fans praised the singer and began sharing their unedited pictures in bikinis. They also wrote some really motivational words for those who have been feeling uncomfortable in their own skin.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Lovato is vacationing with rumored boyfriend Mike Johnson. According to E! News, the couple spent some quality time together while going out on a date.
