'Destiny 2': Arc Grenadier Titan Build

There are tons more builds to be made with Arc 3.0 in "Destiny 2" now that the subclass' best fragments have been unlocked.

The community had to come together in order to beat the reprised King's Fall raid, and as a reward, Bungie enabled the four remaining fragments from Ikora's store at the Tower. These include a few good choices for a grenade build for the Titan class.

Here's a new and improved Arc Grenade build designed for high AoE DPS and ability energy regeneration.

Recommended Exotics

As with most ability-focused Titan builds, the Heart of Inmost Light will be the recommended exotic for this loadout. It will not only decrease the downtime between grenade throws, but it will also improve their damage and increase the effectiveness of other abilities.

Any weapon will do for this build as this doesn't rely on any exotic effects. It won't need any extra regeneration from perks like Demolitionist or Wellspring either, but having those will definitely help. Also, weapons like Coldheart or Brigand's Law with Voltshot synergize extremely well with the class setup below.

Aspects, Fragments and Mods

The keystone aspect for this build is Touch of Thunder, which greatly increases the effectiveness of all Arc grenades thrown by Titans. This pairs extremely well with Pulse Grenades as they create Ionic Traces when the aspect is equipped. Then, use Knockout for the second slot.

Ionic Traces grant ability energy similar to Elemental Wells. Both can be picked up to gain even more energy back.

Use the following fragment setup to create even more Ionic Traces:

• Spark of Shock
• Spark of Ions
• Spark of Magnitude

The fourth slot is open for experimentation.

As for mods, use the following to maximize energy regeneration and melee damage:

• Bountiful Wells
• Ashes to Assets (goes nicely with Thundercrash)
• Elemental Ordnance
• Melee Wellmaker
• Well of Ions

Every melee kill while Knockout is active will cause Elemental Wells to spawn while Pulse Grenade kills will spawn both wells and traces. Pair Knockout with Thunderclap for easy add cleanup. Also, feel free to swap Melee Wellmaker and Well of Ions for Elemental Charge and High-Energy Fire for more difficult content.

Always use abilities whenever they are available to make the most use out of Heart of Inmost Light's perk.
