New changes were made on the header image of the social media accounts of Destiny’s Child recently and fans immediately speculated that a new song might be on the way.

An update in the header of the group’s Twitter and Facebook accounts sent fans to Twitter in anticipation of a possible reunion for the group who had officially disbanded in 2006. Others petitioned for reissues of old music while still others made themselves content with reminiscing about the success of Destiny’s Child, which had produced several hits including “Survivor” and “Say My Name.”

No confirmation has yet been made by the group or its record label regarding a reunion, but in February, ET spoke with group member Kelly Rowland after her former bandmates Beyonce and Michelle Williams paid her a visit to meet her newborn, Noah.

"The girls were literally over here at the house just recently and when they met the baby it was like another part of my heart just... Being able to share space with Michelle and Bey is truly a gift," Rowland told ET in February.

"It's really a gift because we've known each other for so long and the industry doesn’t really make friendships... It's the nature of it, and we still have each other after all these years and I'm just so grateful for them and they are a highlight of my life. Not professionally, but our friendship and our sisterhood -- you're going to make me cry,” she continued.

While the three women have successfully carved their own career paths after parting ways, they remained friends throughout the years and would reunite every now and then for musical performances. The girls have also supported each other in matters pertaining to marriage, mental health and motherhood.

In May, Beyonce, Michelle and Kelly again reunited for a “check in” ahead of the release of Williams’ new book, “Checking In.”

"It's OK to not be OK and it's OK to tell somebody you're not OK," Michelle told Kelly in the live chat, which she featured in her Instagram account and was also reported in an ET article. "Because I should've done that with y'all. I've been open about a lot of things that I never was really truthful about how I really was."
