Episode 4 of "Devious Maids" will address Blanca's (Naya Rivera) Season 3 disappearance. Lifetime

Oh where, oh where can Blanca (Naya Rivera) be? That’s the question fans are hoping to have answered in episode 4 of “Devious Maids" Season 3.

During last week’s installment of the Lifetime drama, the fate of Rivera’s character looked grim when Blanca arrived to the Stappord’s home, following Zoila’s (Judy Reyes) called off-wedding, only to be greeted by a masked criminal. The mysterious convict placed a bag over Blanca’s head before dragging the ​flailing maid away. This had audiences wondering if Blanca just became the next victim on “Devious Maids” and left us questioning whether or not Taylor (Brianna Brown) could be the one orchestrating the gruesome killings.

We became suspicious of Taylor’s involvement in the Beverly Hill’s murders after Blanca nearly spilled the bloody beans about the “burglary” that occurred in the Stappord’s home to Michael (Brett Cullen). But before Blanca could shed some light on the robbery or Katie’s drawings depicting the horrific scene, Taylor cut the maid off -- which was then followed by a phone call to an unknown person suggesting she had a problem. Did Taylor hire a hit man on Blanca?

It sure seems like it -- especially after what we saw in a sneak-peek video for episode 4, titled “Since You Went Away.” The clip kicks off with Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez) knocking on the Stappord’s door, looking for Blanca. But according to Taylor, Blanca quit. She allegedly took off while the Stappords were at dinner.

“You’re kidding. Well, did she leave a dress?” Carmen asks, looking for the frock that she let Blanca borrow for Zoila’s wedding.

“No, she did not leave an address,” Taylor responds.

“Not address,” Carmen says a bit annoyed. “A dress. It is a red one, floor length, lots of cleavage. I leant it to her. She was supposed to return it last night but she never showed up.”

That’s when Taylor reveals that Blanca packed her things -- along with Carmen's gown -- and went back home to Arizona without even leaving a note! But Carmen is more concerned that her dress is on its way to the Copper State than the fact her friend is missing without a trace.
