Evelyn Powell may be one of the most cunning characters on “Devious Maids.” But according to actress Rebecca Wisocky, who portrays the role of Adrian’s (Tom Irwin) sassy beau, fans will get to see a much softer side of the Beverly Hills baddie as Season 3 of the Lifetime series progresses.

During an interview with International Business Times, Wisocky revealed a surprising twist for her hilariously brutal character that will occur in episode 6, “She Done Him Wrong” – and no, it doesn’t involve severed legs or sex tapes!

“I think you’ll find the place in Evelyn’s heart that was healed a little bit [in Season 2] leaves room for her possible considering being a mother again this year,” the actress told IBTimes.

Both Wisocky and Irwin’s characters received some much-needed closure in the Season 2 finale of the Marc Cherry drama when the duo learned the whole, terrible truth regarding their son’s death. As it turned out, Barrett (Chase Pearson) was killed by Nicholas (Mark Deklin) when he accidentally hit him with his car.

Nicholas reluctantly confessed his dark secret to Evelyn and Adrian, explaining how the death of their son occurred. According to Nicholas, he was distracted while driving the night of Barrett’s death because his wife had just admitted to him that she was having an affair -- with their maid! The news shocked Nicholas, causing him take his eyes off the road for a split second, which is when he hit Barrett.

“It’s a game changer that Adrian and Evelyn really found a bit of closure about their son’s death and where do you go from there when the thing that defines your relationship for 20 years is no longer a factor?” Wisocky questioned. “I think they’re both kind of untethered. Evelyn will find a new deep desire for purpose in her life and I think that will be very divisive for them this year.”

And that new desire just so happens to be a bouncing baby! But how will Adrian, who recently found his new S&M-themed desire in the basement of the Velvet Whip, react to his wife wanting another child? Will he put his painful fantasies on hold to help Evelyn live out hers?

Viewers can find out when “Devious Maids” airs episode 6 on Monday, July 6, at 9 p.m EDT on Lifetime.
