‘Devious Maids’ Season 4 Cast Reacts To Premiere Date Announcement
Audiences can expect their favorite maids to sweep up even more drama this summer during Season 4 of the hit Lifetime series “Devious Maids.”
The network recently revealed the premiere date for the upcoming installment, telling fans of the Marc Cherry-created show to mark their calendars for Monday, June 6. According to Entertainment Weekly, the 10-episode season will follow the storylines of Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez), Rosie (Dania Ramirez), Marisol (Ana Ortiz) and Zoila (Judy Reyes) as they navigate news bosses — and relationships!
One of the romances will involve “Desperate Housewives” alum James Denton, who will play the role of Peter. TVLine dished that Denton’s character, the head of a movie studio, will fall fast and hard into a steamy relationship. Denton’s former Wisteria Lane neighbor, Eva Longoria, who serves as an executive producer on the series, will also make an appearance in the upcoming premiere.
Longoria took to Twitter to share her excitement about the return of “Devious Maids.” But she wasn’t the only cast member to tweet out her thoughts. Sol Rodriguez, who is joining the cast as a “sexy and fun” 20-something named Daniela, also revealed that she’s looking forward to her “Devious Maids” debut.
Team Dani? Does that mean we can expect Rodriguez’s character to go head-to-head with one of the maids? Considering Dani has a lust for the limelight, it’s possible that she may clash with Carmen who also has big dreams of becoming a Hollywood star herself.
“Devious Maids” will air its Season 4 premiere Monday, June 6, at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
