The Powerball drawing on Wednesday night did not yield a grand prize winner for the estimated $258.7 million jackpot with a cash value of $147.8 million.

The next drawing will take place on Saturday, with the jackpot climbing to an estimated $279 million, with a $159.4 million cash option.

The winning lottery numbers drawn on Wednesday, June 15, were 19, 28, 41, 42, 51, with a red Powerball of 7. The Power Play was 2X.

Although there was no grand prize winner for the latest Powerball drawing, one player became an instant millionaire.

A player from Texas hit the Match 5 and won $1 million. If the player would have hit the Match 5 with the Power Play, they would have won $2 million.

There were also several smaller monetary prizes that resulted from the Wednesday drawing. Eleven players hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball and won $50,000 each. Meanwhile, only three players managed to hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball with a Power Play, winning $100,000 apiece.

A total of 544,444 players won prizes from the Wednesday pull.

The latest drawing comes as a $50,000 Powerball ticket is set to expire on Thursday in Indiana. According to Fox 59, the winning ticket was purchased for the Dec. 18, 2021, drawing at Jay C Food Store in North Vernon.

The player has until 4:30 p.m. local time on Thursday to claim the ticket at the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office in Indianapolis. If the ticket goes unclaimed, the money will go to the state.

Jackpot winners must match the six numbers on their ticket to the drawn six-number combination. Five numbers need to be selected from 1 to 69 for the white balls, and a number is selected from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.

There is a 1 in 292.2 million chance of winning the Powerball jackpot.
