Did Anyone Win Saturday’s Powerball? Feb. 26 Winning Numbers And Monday’s Jackpot
There was no winner for Saturday's Powerball drawing, which had a $58 million jackpot with a cash value of $38.8 million. The next drawing will take place on Monday with the jackpot climbing to an estimated $65 million with a $43.3 million cash option.
The winning lottery numbers drawn on Feb. 26, were 15, 32, 36, 48, 64, with a red Powerball of 19. The Power Play was 3X.
While there was no grand prize winner for the latest Powerball drawing, one player became an instant millionaire. A ticket from Maryland hit the Match 5 with a Power Play and won $2 million.
There were also several smaller monetary prizes that resulted from the Saturday Powerball drawing. Eight players hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball and won $50,000 each.
Meanwhile, only two players hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball with a Power Play, winning $150,000 apiece. The other winnings that resulted from the latest lottery drawing ranged between $4 and $300.
The latest Powerball drawing comes as a $50,000 winning ticket sold in Mississippi is set to expire next month. The ticket was purchased on Sept. 15 at a Circle K convenience store in Madison. If the winner doesn’t claim their prize by March 14, the ticket will expire. The winning numbers drawing at the time were 1, 4, 18, 46, 62 with a red Powerball of 25. The Powerplay was 3X.
To become a jackpot winner, a player must match the six numbers on their ticket to the drawn six-number combination. Five numbers are selected from 1 to 69 for the white balls, and a number is selected from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.
The Powerball costs $2 per play. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.
