Are the Palin's moving out of home state Alaska? Bristol has already bought a new house, and there are reports that her mother Sarah is already scouting for one near the vicinity. Reuters

When Bristol Palin appeared at the Candie's Foundation 2011 benefit gala on Tuesday in New York, people started speculating whether she has had some work done on her face.

Palin, who is visibly much thinner, also sported what appeared to be a more angular jaw line and pronounced chin.

This was first reported by People. The 20 year old mother of two year old Tripp did not respond to People Magazine's request for comment.

She seems to have had liposuction of her entire neck with a focus under her chin, which has produced a much more defined jaw line and lower facial area, said board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt in a press release.

Bristol Palin, daughter of former Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin, recently appeared on a season of Dancing with the Stars. She is the mother of Tripp with former fiancé Levi Johnston. Johnston is currently working on a tell-all book about the Palin family.
