Did Mila Kunis Use the Marine Corps Date for Publicity?
Mila Kunis accepted a date to the U.S. Marine Corps Ball with Sergeant Scott Moore, but now rumors are surfacing that she may cancel on her date-to-be for work related reasons.
Moore, who is stationed in Afghanistan, made a YouTube video asking the GQ cover star to be his date to the prestigious event. Kunis dodged the invitation at first, but after her “Friends With Benefits” co-star Justin Timberlake encouraged her to accept the invite, for “the country,” Kunis agreed to the date. And the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.
Both Kunis and Timberlake have been in the media recently because of their up-coming film “Friends With Benefits,” in which the stars both strip down for a much anticipated sex scene.
The film opens in theaters on July 22, and although it seems the acceptance to the ball may have been a publicity stunt, it seems unlikely.
Moore has stated that the reason he asked Kunis was because of a bet. Kunis, did initially accept the invitation for the November event, but because of two projects, Kunis is said to be pre-engaged for the month of November.
Being that filming dates are rarely negotiable, it seems likely that Kunis did not intentionally back out of the deal. And even more, the actress has not officially turned Moore down.
