Jersey Shore superstar Nicole Snooki Polizzi might have gotten hit in the face - again!

Video has surfaced that shows a woman who resembles Snooki at a Rockfest concert in Kansas City, MO, receiving a powerful kick to the upper-body area.

TMZ obtained the footage from the concert where former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash was performing. The video shows an unidentified Snooki look-alike taking a hard boot from a male attacker.

According to the entertainment news outlet, the man had already gotten physical with other concertgoers when the Snook-alike decided to get involved in an altercation of her own.

The man who allegedly booted the Snooki look-alike responded by planting his foot right the jersey girls face, dropping her to the floor.

The boot ignited a massive brawl involving a large number of unidentified individuals.

The fight was eventually broken up and sources at the scene said the Snook look-alike appeared to be OK, according to TMZ.

While shooting a season of MTV's The Jersey Shore in Seaside Heights, Snooki was punched in the face by New York City school gym teacher Brad Ferro.

The hit, while shown in previews, was blacked out during showings of the episode. Videos of the punch went viral on YouTube and were featured on multiple news outlets.

After the punch was made public, Polizzi's appearance fees increased from $2,000 per event to $10,000 per event.

There has yet to be word confirming or denying Nicole Snooki Polizzi's involvement in the Rockfest altercation.
