Diddy Greets Cassie On Instagram For Her 30th Birthday Amid Split Rumors [PHOTOS]

Cassie turned 30 on Friday, Aug. 26, and Diddy took the occasion as an opportunity to declare his love for the songstress and dismiss speculations that they have split.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY! @cassie I LOVE YOU ALWAYS. GOD BLESS YOU,” the 46-year-old record producer wrote on Instagram alongside a photo montage of the birthday girl.

Rumors that the couple has broken up started to surface after they reportedly had a fight in Beverly Hills on Aug. 17.

According to TMZ, the pair got into a heated fight in a car after Cassie told Diddy that she wanted to end their relationship. The Bad Boy Records mogul reportedly got very suspicious of his girlfriend that he grabbed her phone and started scrolling it through.

A source said that the “I’ll Be Missing You” hitmaker got off the car with Cassie’s phone in hand but eventually went home and returned her phone.

Cassie, however, had reportedly told her mom about the phone incident before Diddy returned it, so her mom called the police on him. The cops ended up at Cassie's home, and even though she already got her phone back, the police made a domestic incident report before leaving.

Despite all that happened, a source told Us Weekly that it was just an argument, and the two are sticking together.

On Aug. 21, Cassie seemingly dismissed the breakup rumors herself when she shared a sexy Instagram photo with the caption: "We always good."

A few days later, Diddy reposted the same pic of Cassie, writing: "Always."

Diddy and Cassie have been dating on and off since 2007. According to the Daily Mail, Diddy and Cassie split last December only to be reunited again. At the time, the “Me & U” songstress made an Instagram post that read: “How I sleep knowing that I'm single and no one is cheating on me.”
