‘Digimon Adventure’ Episode 57-60 Summaries, Titles, Release Dates Out

Twitter user Wikimon has shared the translated summaries of "Digimon Adventure" Episodes 57-60 along with the titles and release dates.

"Digimon Adventure" Episode 57 title and summary

Episode 57 is titled "Contact from Destruction" and is set to air on July 18.

“Taichi and Agumon wander off into a mysterious temple. Awaiting them there are countless Algomon Baby II, who surround them both and evolve into adults. One of them further evolves to Perfect and challenges Taichi and Agumon to a life-risking experiment and proof. Taichi gets held captive by the Adults, and Agumon gets trapped in a strange space. Just what exactly is Algomon Perfect after, and what are its true colors?” read the synopsis.

"Digimon Adventure" Episode 58 title and summary

The episode is titled "Hikari, New Life" and it is scheduled to air on July 25.

“Hikari, Tailmon, Takeru, and Patamon visit the area where Petaldramon had turned into a forest previously. Apparently, Hikari's destination is here. She and the others reunite with the Muchomon in the forest, which has become a place for raising Digitama, the eggs that Digimon hatch from,” read the summary.

“According to the Muchomon, the reason why they protect them is because Soulmon comes occasionally and prevents some of the Digitama from being nurtured. Taichi and Agumon join up with them there, but soon afterward, they get attacked by Skull Baluchimon, who got wind of the Holy Digimon arriving, and hates ‘living/life’. Taichi and the others escape into the forest carrying Digitama that are about to hatch, and Hikari and Holy Angemon face against Skull Baluchimon in order to protect the remaining Digitama, but...,” the synopsis continued.

Episode 59 is titled "Lightning, Herakle Kabuterimon" and it will be out on Aug. 1.

“Guided by the Crest of Knowledge, Koshiro, and Tentomon return to the great canyon, which has a series of rocks. Nanomon, a knowledge enthusiast Digimon, awaits them there. Nanomon challenges Koshiro to a puzzle-solving game to determine who the true master of knowledge is. Having joined up with Taichi, Koshiro attempts the dungeon prepared by Nanomon in order to rescue Whamon, who has become a hostage. However, it turns out that each time they solve a puzzle incorrectly in the dungeon, one of their comrades gets taken away,” read the synopsis of Episode 59.

"Digimon Adventure" Episode 60 title and summary

Episode 60, which is titled "Conquer the Glacier, Vikemon," is set to release on Aug. 8.

“Due to an unexplained phenomenon, the hot springs where Joe and Gomamon mingled at have completely dried up. At the rate things stand, all of the Digimon that live at the hot springs will freeze. As a leader, Joe decides to head for a legendary paradise, which is said to be in the South. Along the way, they join up with Mimi and Palmon, who they just happen to come across, and continue their journey. However, they get attacked by a pirate crew led by Olegmon, and Joe gets taken prisoner,” read the summary of Episode 60.
