Does NeNe Leakes Have The Highest Salary On ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ Cast?

NeNe Leakes has become one of the most well-known cast members on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” but does she make the highest salary out of all of her co-stars?

During an appearance on “The Wendy Williams Show” last year, “RHOA” star Kenya Moore told the host that Kandi Burruss was the highest-paid member on the cast. Although Kandi wouldn’t disclose the amount she earns per season, she insisted she was content with her salary.

NeNe appeared to echo the same sentiments during her recent appearance on the “LadyGang” podcast. In an exclusive first listen, obtained by Entertainment Tonight, NeNe told Becca Tobin, Jac Vanek and Keltie Knight that she wasn’t concerned about Kandi’s rumored higher salary.

“You know, I heard rumors that Kandi [Burruss] was the highest-paid Housewife. So, I don’t know. I don’t know. We don’t know. I think everybody kinda assumes. What I do know is that I like my check. I don’t know what whoever’s making. I don’t really care!” Nene said.

The 52-year-old revealed that her salary negotiations are based on what she feels she deserves rather than how it measures up to what other cast members get paid. “When I negotiated my money, I negotiated the money that I wanted,” she explained.

“You can’t worry about the next person, ‘cause that’s gonna mess you up. You know, you’re gonna be thinking about how much money she’s making, $2 more than me… If she is higher-paid than I am, she’s not getting much more than me, baby. It may be $5 more, so she can keep it.”

Unbothered by the “RHOA” salary rumors, Nene revealed that her main goal is to remain employed and raking in steady paychecks. “Listen, I’m a real hustler,” she said.

“I literally have, I think, 10 jobs. Working on 15. And, I always tell people that you have to make sure that you have something else. When one thing goes away, you can grab at that … You gotta have other things!”
