Does A Trump Golden Shower Gate Video Exist? Penthouse Wants To Find Out

Unless something salacious or seedy is recorded on video, did it ever really happen? Rumors and speculation followed the release of unverified documents that claimed Russia’s alleged ties to possible blackmail attempts of President-elect Donald Trump. It was dubbed in the media as “Golden Shower Gate” and Penthouse Magazine announced Tuesday a $1 million prize for exclusive rights to any tapes of the alleged sex acts.

CEO of Penthouse Global Media Kelly Holland also released a statement to The Wrap to further explain the magazine’s interest in the alleged videos.

“We, along with the rest of the free world, are intrigued by the report alleging President-Elect Donald Trump employed sex workers to perform a ‘golden showers’ show in the presidential suite of the Ritz Carlton hotel in Moscow,” the statement read.

“However, while many media outlets are content running a story based on conjecture and rumor, we at Penthouse are committed to the value of getting the story right rather than getting it first. So we are offering up to $1-million to secure exclusive rights to the FSB tapes documenting Trump’s Russian hotel hijinks. After all, seeing is believing.”

A 35-page dossier, which contains errors and was supposedly prepared and paid for by the president-elect’s political opponents, detailed Trump’s alleged “contact” with Russian operatives and included claims that Russia’s intelligence agencies also have video of prostitutes urinating on each other at the bequest of the billionaire, according to BuzzFeed.

A “golden shower” is a sex act that involves one person urinating on another.

Initially, CNN reported Tuesday that both Trump and President Barack Obama had received a two-page synopsis of the report but BuzzFeed was the first to release supposedly the full dossier.

The dossier has reportedly circulated around Washington for months, but media outlets up until now had yet to reveal the allegations and claims-- and BuzzFeed has since received heavy criticism from other top outlets for its story.

Trump responded almost immediately on Twitter.

Trump held his first press conference Wednesday morning since being elected and specifically called out both CNN and BuzzFeed for publishing the report, saying the claim didn’t make sense that he is actually a “germaphobe.”
