  • Donald Trump sparked dementia rumors again after his coronavirus press conferences
  • The POTUS seemed to be suffering from a cognitive decline

Donald Trump is rumored to be suffering from dementia and cognitive decline for years. But speculations became even rifer after the POTUS made some statements about the deadly coronavirus outbreak.

Political Flare journalist Jason Miciak compiled the president’s coronavirus quotes that are reportedly indicative of his mental health struggles.

On March 10, the POTUS talked about the briefing that he received on every contingency imaginable.

“Many contingencies. A lot of positive. Different numbers, all different numbers, very large numbers, and some small numbers too,” he said.

On March 11, the POTUS talked about the media.

“The media should view this as a time of unity and strength. We have a common enemy, actually, an enemy of the world, the coronavirus. We must beat it as quickly and safely as possible. There is nothing more important to me than the life and safety of the United States,” he said.

Three days later, Melania Trump’s husband revealed that there have already been 40 deaths due to the outbreak in the United States alone.

“To this point, and because we have had a very strong border policy, we have had 40 deaths related to coronavirus. If we had weak or open borders, that number would be many times higher!” he said.

The journalist uploaded a video of Trump where gave an update regarding the coronavirus at a press conference. The POTUS seemed glum while giving an update to the nation. It was also evident that Trump had a hard time reading the teleprompter.

At times when he couldn’t pronounce certain words properly, the POTUS would slow down a bit and try to enunciate his words. Since dementia is characterized by a decline in memory, language, problem-solving and other thinking skills, netizens couldn’t help but believe that Trump is suffering from the condition.

As of late, Trump hasn’t been diagnosed with dementia so the claims are nothing more than just speculations.
