Over the years, Howard Stern has continued to share his unfiltered opinions on his radio program, "The Howard Stern Show." Now, the SiriusXM personality has revealed his thoughts on President Donald Trump and his supporters ahead of the 2020 election.

According to HollywoodLife, the so-called shock jock discussed Trump and his followers on Tuesday's show.

After stating that he believes the former "Apprentice" star loves celebrities and living a similar lifestyle, Stern shared a key difference that he sees between the type of people who support him and those that he has surrounded himself with in the past.

"The oddity in all of this is the people Trump despises most, love him the most," the radio host said, adding, "The people who are voting for Trump for the most part…he wouldn’t even let them in a [expletive] hotel. He’d be disgusted by them."

Due to the fact that Stern believes President Trump prefers A-list celebrities over his blue-collar supporters, he also likened the one-time reality star's "predicament" to an episode of "The Twilight Zone," as reported by HollywoodLife. Continuing on the topic of politics, Stern later added that while he doesn't hate Trump himself, he does hate those who voted for him over Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.

The "Howard Stern Show" host then shared what he believes could be a good idea for Trump moving forward.

"I do think it would be extremely patriotic of Donald to say, ‘I’m in over my head and I don’t want to be president anymore,'" he said. "It’d be so patriotic that I’d hug him and then I’d go back to Mar-a-Lago and have a meal with him and feel good about him because it would be such an easy thing to do," he added.

Previously, Stern had also shared his thoughts about President Trump and Joe Biden regarding the upcoming election. At that time, he reportedly expressed his commitment to voting for the former Vice President of the United States.

"I am all in on Joe Biden. You see the wall that’s right next to you, I’ll vote for the wall over a guy who tells me that I should pour Clorox into my mouth. Listen, I think we are in deep [expletive]. I think we could have been ahead of this curve," Stern said on an April 27 episode of his SiriusXM show.

Aside from the radio host's criticism for Trump and his supporters, the NBC personality has continued to be a topic of conversation for other reasons over the past year. Not only has it been reported that his 2016 debates with Clinton were secretly influenced by surprising people, but he also faced criticism from a "Saturday Night Live" actor. Additionally, "Extra" host Billy Bush recently talked about the aftermath of the highly-discussed "Access Hollywood" tape during a recent podcast appearance as well.
