Double-Decker Buses Crash In Times Square, 11 Injured In Accident
A pair of double-decker buses crashed in New York's Times Square Tuesday afternoon. The accident, which occurred around 3:30 p.m., left 11 people injured, fire department officials say.

New York City fire officials say there aren’t sure exactly what led to the collision of the Grey Line sightseeing bus and City Sightseeing bus at the corner of 47th Street and Seventh Avenue, the New York Times reported. The red Grey Line bus can be seen in photos from the scene of the accident crashed into the sidewalk. A street light that was knocked down in the accident can also be seen in the images.
Three of the accident victims were seriously injured, fire officials say. None of the injuries was life-threatening.
