Drake reportedly paid $350,000 to an Instagram model who accused him of sexually assaulting her while he was on tour in the UK.

According to The Mirror, Laquana Morris claimed that the "In My Feelings" rapper took her back to his hotel room in February 2017 and forced her to perform a sex act on him. The details surrounding the case were made public this week when The Blast released the settlement and allegations put forth by Morris in a complaint.

"...Drake forced me to perform oral sex on him. It wasn't your ordinary oral it was more so a fetish," she stated.

The model filed a police report in June 2017 in the UK and hired legal representation in January 2018. However, Drake has always maintained that the encounter was consensual, which prompted him to file a lawsuit against her for attempting to extort him through claims of sexual assault. Last November, a settlement was reached. According to The Blast, the sum was reached after private negotiations between the two parties.

The musician is said to have been investigated by authorities in the UK and eventually cleared of any criminal wrongdoing. Following the conclusion, the lead investigator sent Laquana an email stating that Drake couldn't be prosecuted because they couldn't secure a "100%" conviction.

Morris has since decided to file a suit against her own lawyer, Alexander Cabereiras, claiming he was working against her with Drake's attorney. Insiders have said that that suit has breached the settlement because she repeated the assault allegations. Sources told The Blast that Morris may have to repay the initial payment of $125,000 and face payment for damages. Stay tuned to see how this story progresses moving forward.
