Drew Barrymore Pregnant? Sonogram Photo Spotted at Doctors Visit

Newly engaged Drew Barrymore might be pregnant with her first child with fiance Will Kopelman.

Last week, the 37-year-old Big Miracle actress was spotted leaving a doctors' office with a sonogram, TMZ reports.

Although most of the photo is covered, the black-and-white glossy print does show signs of a sonogram.

So are Barrymore and Kopelman, 34, expecting their first child before or after their wedding?

While the two have not addressed the baby rumors, Barrymore and Kopelman are definitely parent material.

Drew is so motherly . . . Will would like to be a dad. Family is so important to him, a source told People in January.

In a 2006 interview, also with People, Barrymore admitted that she felt her belly clock ticking.

Whether I have children or adopt, whatever form a family comes in, I would absolutely love to have it, she said.

Barrymore and Kopelman, the son of former Chanel CEO Arie Kopelman, have been together for just over one year. In January 2012, the couple got engaged in Sun Valley, Idaho, with Kopelman proposing with a colorless radiant-cut Graff diamond ring, People reports.

He's lovely . . . he's very, very nice. It's really positive. I'm super-happy, Barrymore recently said of Kopelman in an interview with In Style.

We go on group trips and spend holidays together -- there's a lot of love . . . I'm pushing 40. I feel like those things that I always aspired to are finally being realized, she added.

In other celebrity engagement news, Jessica Biel was spotted showing off her engagement ring from longtime love Justin Timberlake over the weekend. Timberlake, who was in New York City as a surprise guest on Saturday Night Live (where he played Bon Iver's Justin Vernon and a boom operator from the Bronx), took Biel to the sketch show's after-party, where the two mingled with cast members like Kristen Wiig and host Maya Rudolph.

Barrymore was previously linked to Justin Long, The Strokes' drummer Fabrizio Moretti and was briefly married to comedian Tom Green.
