‘DWTS’ Star Gleb Savchenko Denies Wife Elena Samodanova’s Cheating Allegations

Gleb Savchenko and Elena Samodanova's split appears to be far from amicable as the latter has accused the "Dancing With the Stars" pro dancer of cheating on her. He has since denied the infidelity allegations.

Savchenko has been romantically linked to his "DWTS" Season 29 dance partner Chrishell Stause, but he insists that what they share is platonic and that he has never cheated on his wife.

"While I will continue to respect the privacy of my family, I will not stand by and allow false accusations and internet rumors go unaddressed," Savchenko said in a statement to E! News Saturday.

The dancer also said that he and Samodanova have been experiencing marital issues long before he started working with Stause.

"My relationship with Chrishell was and remains strictly platonic," he continued. "Our friendship during our season on DWTS was not the reason for our split. Elena and I have had longstanding issues in our marriage. This has been an ongoing situation between Elena and I paired with poor timing."

Savchenko expressed disappointment over his estranged wife going public with their private matters.

"It was my deepest hope to keep our private life just that: Private," he concluded. "I am saddened and disappointed to see that Elena has chosen not to do the same."

The "DWTS" star released the statement after Samodanova gave an interview to People where she accused him of having "multiple affairs" and "ongoing infidelity.”

"After 14 years of marriage, and multiple affairs, I've decided enough is enough. Gleb and I have created a family and multiple businesses together," she said.

"But apparently, it just wasn't enough to keep our marriage strong," she added. "Gleb's ongoing infidelity and a recent inappropriate relationship has created turmoil in our marriage and absolutely torn our family apart.”

Meanwhile, Stause earlier addressed the rumors linking her to Savchenko amid his split from Samodanova. The "Selling Sunset" star said she was only friends with Savchenko, who has been married to Samodanova for 14 years.

"I am so saddened about the news of Gleb and Elena’s split," the realtor wrote on Instagram Story Friday. "It is unfortunate that this has caused rumors to swirl about my personal life. Having gone through a public split myself, I would not wish this on anyone."
