What You Need:
- 1 bone-in ham, between 8-10 pounds
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
How To Make It:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan and score the surface, making diamond shapes ½ in. Deep. Cover and bake for 1-¾ hours.
3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon over ham.
4. Bake, uncovered until a thermometer reads 140 degrees F, appx. 15-30 minutes longer.
5. Remove from oven. Let stand 10-15 minutes before slicing.
