Elizabeth Berkley is Pregnant with Her First Baby

Show Girls star Elizabeth Berkley is pregnant and is expecting her first baby with husband Greg Lauren.

According to reports, the couple is thrilled to be starting a family together and have confirmed the joyful news recently, saying that it is one of the most exciting things to have happened to them.

In life there are moments you cherish forever and this is one of them, the 39-year-old Saved by the Bell star told People.

She said, Greg and I are so excited to be expecting our first child this summer. We couldn't be more grateful and overjoyed.

Elizabeth made this announcement after she had been spotted in Los Angeles with a now prominent baby bump. She also took to her personal Twitter page to let her fans know how excited she was about the news.

The couple tied the knot in 2003. Greg Lauren is an artist and designer by profession. He is the nephew of fashion designer Ralph Loren. He is also known for commanding fees up to $15,000 and selling work to the celebrities like Renée Zellweger, Demi Moore, Ben Stiller, and Cuba Gooding, Jr.

Elizabeth is best known for her role as Jessie Spano in popular teen series Saved by the Bell. In 2006, she created her own Web site (ask-elizabeth.com) to help teen girls. Later, she wrote a book with the same title (Ask Elizabeth).
