Ellen DeGeneres' celebrity friends have finally broken their silence amid the controversies plaguing the host after her show was subjected to internal investigation by sharing their personal experiences with her.

Katy Perry and Kevin Hart are among the celebrities who come forward to share their pleasant encounter with DeGeneres. In contrast to claims that DeGeneres is mean, both didn't experience ill-treatment from the Grammy nominated artist.

"I know I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience besides my own but I want to acknowledge that I have only ever had positive takeaways from my time with Ellen & on the @theellenshow. I think we all have witnessed the light & continual fight for equality that she has brought," the "Roar" singer wrote on Twitter.

"To the world through her platform for decades. Sending you love & a hug, friend @TheEllenShow," Perry added in another tweet.

Hart has the same experience with DeGeneres. In fact, he considers the host the "dopest" person on the planet. He also recalled the good treatment he, his family and his team received from the talk show host.

"It’s crazy to see my friend go thru what she’s going thru publicly. I have known Ellen for years and I can honestly say that she’s one of the dopest people on the [explicit] planet. She has treated my family and my team with love and respect from day 1," Hart wrote on Instagram.

Hart condemned the negativity on social media and how people love other people’s downfall.

"It’s honestly sad...When did we get here? I stand by the ones that I know and that I love," he continued.

"Looking forward to the future where we get back to loving one another....this hate sh— has to stop. Hopefully it goes out of style soon....This post is not meant to disregard the feelings of others and their experiences....It’s simply to show what my experiences have been with my friend. Love you for life Ellen,” he added.

Prior to Perry and Hart, Scooter Braun was among the first celebrities to defend DeGeneres on social media.

"Needed to say this as I know first hand how she helps so many when we are watching and when we are not. She isn’t about what is popular she is about what is right. Sending love to Ellen today," he wrote on Twitter.

DeGeneres' wife, Portia de Rossi, also broke her silence to show her support to the host. The "Scandal" star didn't say much but wrote "I Stand By Ellen" on Instagram.
