Elon Musk's Girlfriend Grimes' Bizarre Video About AI, Communism Leaves Internet Baffled

Grimes left fans baffled Wednesday after claiming on TikTok that artificial intelligence (AI) could help create a communist utopia.

In her TikTok video, Elon Musk's girlfriend explained why she considers AI the "fastest path to communism" and something that could lead to "genuine equality."

"I have a proposition for the Communists," Grimes, 33, said while standing in a front of a giant Manga drawing. "So, typically, most of the Communists I know are not big fans of AI. But, if you think about it, AI is actually the fastest path to communism."

According to the Canadian singer, "if implemented correctly," AI could "theoretically solve for abundance."

"Like, we could totally get to a situation where nobody has to work, everybody is provided for with a comfortable state of being, comfortable living," the musical artist, whose real name is Claire Boucher, continued. "AI could automate all the farming, weed out systemic corruption, thereby bringing us to, as close as possible, genuine equality."

Grimes went on to claim that AI can provide "everything everybody loves about communism, but without the collective farm."

"'Cause, let’s be real, enforced farming is really not a vibe," she concluded.

Grimes' TikTok has gone viral, garnering over 1.6 million views, 182,000 likes and 22,000 comments as of writing.

Twitter users had mixed reactions to Grimes' take on AI and communism, with some criticizing the artist over her rant while others were simply confused.

Another tweeted, "grimes just posted a new tiktok talking about communism n how artificial intelligence is good [skull emoji] there’s nothing i can do for her."
