Emma Roberts Photographed With New Boyfriend Garrett Hedlund After Evan Peters Split

Emma Roberts was recently spotted looking very happy while strolling the streets of New York with rumored boyfriend Garrett Hedland. The actress’ outing with the “Triple Frontier” actor came weeks after she broke up with Evan Peters.

On Sunday, Roberts, 28, was photographed with Hedlund, 34, while they were laughing and walking hand-in-hand. The “Wild Child” star looked cozy in her black coat, checkered pants and black shoes. She carried a round purse and completed her look with large sunglasses.

As for the 6-foot-1 actor, he donned a gray shirt inside his denim jacket. He wore black pants and black shoes and rocked stylish aviators. Hedlund also carried an umbrella during his romantic stroll with Julia Roberts’ niece.

Emma and Garrett’s outing came weeks after the former ended her relationship with “American Horror Story” actor Evan Peters, 32. A source previously told Us Weekly that the two called it quits peacefully and that Evans has already moved out of their place.

“Emma and Evan were heading for a split and now are just friends. Evan has moved out. It wasn’t a bad breakup,” the source said.

Around the same time that Roberts and Evans’ breakup was confirmed, the “We’re the Millers” star was spotted getting cozy with the “Country Strong” actor in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles. At the time, Hedlund was seen wrapping his arm around Roberts before they settled to just holding each other’s hands while walking together.

Another insider told E! News that Roberts and Hedlund have been spending some time together in “social settings” and this led them to explore if a “romantic” relationship will work for them.

“They have gone on a few casual dates and are exploring a relationship, but it is definitely not anything serious yet,” the insider said, adding that the actress is still not rushing into things considering her 5-year on-again, off-again relationship with Peters.

Prior to Emma, Garrett dated “Spider-Man” actress Kirsten Dunst, 36. They dated for four years and decided to go separate ways in 2016.

Both Roberts and Hedlund have yet to officially address their romantic relationship in public.
