Emma Roberts Reportedly Seeing Someone Else After Split With Garrett Hedlund

Emma Roberts seems to have moved on after breaking up with Garrett Hedlund and is already dating someone new.

"Emma and Garrett are totally done romantically and Emma has been dating and doing her own thing," a source told ET. "Emma loves being a mom and she takes great pride in it."

The news comes a few days after Hedlund shared a Mother's Day tribute to Roberts on his Instagram page.

"Happy Mother's Day! To the most beautiful mother, dear Emma," Hedlund said in a handwritten note shared on his social media page. "You gave us a gift who never ceases to melt our hearts, amaze our minds, and make all the anythings just fly away. From morning to night, all my love."

The 31-year-old "Scream Queens" star, who shares 1-year-old son Rhodes with Hedlund, did not respond to the post.

Roberts and Hedlund began dating in 2019 and they separated in January after nearly three years of being together.

The pair seemed to be doing well since the birth of their son in December 2020. In January last year, Hedlund even reportedly "stepped up" his game in order to provide for his newborn.

"Garrett totally stepped it up after Emma was still recovering after giving birth. He made sure that their house was stocked with things that Emma liked and needed so she felt comfortable. She's just starting to get back into a more 'normal' routine," a source told People at the time.

But the pair reportedly called it quits following a "rocky" few months in their relationship.

"It's sad, and they are trying their best to co-parent. It's been hard," an insider told the outlet in January.

The split came a month after the couple celebrated their son Rhodes Robert's Rodeo-themed birthday.

A source told ET that the pair grew apart while 37-year-old Hedlund was away from Roberts and Rhodes due to his work. "They are still co-parenting, and still doing things as a family," the source shared.
