Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield Reconciling? Exes Spending More Time Together, Report Says

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield may be giving love another chance and rekindling their romance.

According to E! News, Stone and Garfield “have reportedly been spending a lot of time together internationally.” And although the pair has not yet confirmed their relationship status, EmDrew fans are hoping that the duo will give their love story another shot, especially since the two stars have remained on good terms since their split.

“The Amazing: Spider-Man” co-stars never confirmed their relationship, but their split made headlines in 2015. Prior to their breakup, Stone attended the 2015 Oscars, where she was nominated for best actress, without Garfield by her side. But, at the time, a source told Us Weekly that though Stone and Garfield may have called it quits, the two still get along very well and adore each other.

“They still have a lot of love for one another and they are on good terms with each another and remain close,” the insider said. “It just wasn’t working.”

In an interview with Teen Vogue for its November 2016 issue, the actress admitted that she still loves her ex. “It’s been a good year and sad. Pros and cons,” Stone said of her life, before mentioning Garfield and describing him as “someone I still love very much.”

Garfield also showed how much he still adores Stone in a subtle way. In December of the same year, Garfield was asked which actor or actress he would like to take with him if he gets stranded on a deserted island and he named his ex-girlfriend as the person he would want to be with. “Emma Stone. I love Emma. She’s all right. She can come,” he said.

In addition, when Stone won the Oscar for best actress in a musical/comedy motion picture for her performance in “La La Land” earlier this year, many noticed how Garfield gave her a standing ovation when the actress made her way to the stage to get her award.
