And just like that, it's Award Season again! It all kicks off tonight, Sunday, Sept. 18, with the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. This is the show that honors the biggest names on American TV. Major personalities with egos to match, present and receive awards, so it's not surprising that the Emmys have seen their fair share of OMG moments. With a little help from the cast of "Glee," including the late Cory Monteith, Tina Fey, Jon Hamm, Joel McHale and even Kate Gosselin, Fallon sang and fist-pumped to Bruce Springsteen's "Born To Run."

In 2014, Gwen Stefani and Adam Levine presented the Emmy for Outstanding Variety Series. Stefani took the envelope and read, “The Colbort Report!” Levine looked embarrassed mouthed the correct pronunciation.

In 2007, Sally Field's won for 'Brothers And Sisters' and after thanking everyone on the show, she thanked all of the mothers of the world, especially mothers of soldiers. She ended by saying, "If the mothers ruled the world there would be no goddam wars in the first place," to rapturous applause from the audience.

When Amy Poehler spontaneously bounded on stage as the nominees for outstanding lead actress in a comedy were being read aloud at the 2011 Emmys, her fellow nominees, Poehler, Melissa McCarthy, Tina Fey, Edie Falco, Laura Linney and Martha Plimpton followed. McCarthy took home the prize, but the folks watching at home got an hilarious break from the usual award show format.
