A man going through a contentious divorce plowed a dump truck into the Los Angeles home of his estranged wife, demolishing several cars parked on the street.

The jealous rampage, which got caught on camera, took place Sunday in the area of 107th Street and Normandie Avenue, in South LA's Westmont neighborhood. The video shows the man driving a 10-wheel dump truck and slamming it into the home and cars on the street.

The man's wife, Patricia Dunn, told KABC she and her husband are going through a difficult divorce. He came to the house at least three times before the cops arrived at the scene.

The husband, identified as Ronald Dunn, 60, first arrived at the residence in a Chevy Impala and smashed into the home while Dunn was inside. He came back with the dump truck and rammed into the house again. He returned a third time with the Chevy again, NYPost reported.

The impact resulted in the bending of the metal fence to the ground and large dents on the residence outside where Dunn's bedroom was.

"I was just trying to stay out of the way," Patricia said, as per the outlet. "So I don't know if he was drunk or under the influence. I never experienced anything like this in my life."

It took about 30-45 minutes for the Los Angeles Sheriff's deputies to respond to the scene.

Patricia had filed a restraining order against Ronald earlier in the month, as per KCAL.

"I don't even want this house anymore," Patricia said, according to KCAL. "I want to put it up for sale and just move on because I'm not comfortable here anymore.

Patricia accused Ronald of trying to kill her in a fit of rage. She is currently staying with another person for now. "I don't know. He might come back. Who's to say he's not? A man who's under that kind of rage, who's to say what he might do? He was trying to kill me. He really was."

Neighbor Journey Meggerson, who captured the wild scene on her camera, said she and others tried to comfort Patricia, according to ABC7Chicago.

"That was honestly the craziest thing I have ever seen," Meggerson said. "I can't even believe."
