Ever since MTV fired "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans, rumors have swirled about who her replacement would be. Turns out, the network didn't need to look too far. Jade Cline will reportedly be replacing Evans on "Teen Mom 2", according to Us Weekly.

Jenelle was notorious for being difficult to work with but, ultimately, it was when her husband, David Eason, killing her French Bulldog that proved to be the final straw, resulting in her firing. A spokesperson for MTV told US Weekly in early May, “MTV ended its relationship with David Eason over a year ago in February 2018 and has not filmed any new episodes of Teen Mom 2 with him since," and “Additionally, we have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season.”

Fortunately for the network, they had prepared for this moment. A source told The Ashley's Reality Roundup earlier this month that Cline began filming around the same time as "Teen Mom 2" cast members Kail Lowry, Leah Messer, Chelsea Houska, and Briana DeJesus "just in case" production issues with Jenelle were irreconcilable.

With Jenelle gone and Jade rumored to be in her place, fans may be wondering: Who is Jade Cline?

For starters, she debuted as a cast member on the spin-off "Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant" in 2018. She was 19-years-old when she had her daughter Kloie Kenna Austin and the mother-daughter duo reside in Indiana.

The new "Teen Mom 2" star has an on-again-off-again relationship with Brian Austin, her child's father, who struggles with substance abuse. Jade announced on her Instagram in February that they had broken up.

Cline, also, already has something in common with the other "Teen Mom 2" stars (aside from being a teen mom). Jade is currently a cosmetology student and documents her journey on Instagram. Fellow castmate Chelsea Houska graduated from cosmetology school in 2013, so maybe she'll have a few tips for Cline.

With Jade taking over on "Teen Mom 2" that leaves room for a new cast member on "Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant". There is no word yet on if the network will recast.
