Evolution of Style: Ashley Greene, from Punk'd to the Twilight Saga [PHOTOS]

Actress and model Ashley Greene, best known for her role as Alice Cullen in the Twilight Saga films, has skyrocketed to fame and become a young icon for fashion in Hollywood.

The 24-year-old beauty was born in Jacksonville, Fla., but moved to Los Angeles when she was 17 to begin an acting career. She initially wanted to be a model, but was told she wasn't tall enough at 5'5 to work the runway. Instead, she fell in love with acting and moved to L.A. after graduating from high school early.

Greene started her career with guest appearances on Punk'd and Crossing Jordan. In 2008, she had her big break when she was cast as Alice Cullen in the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight novel. Greene played Cullen again in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 sequels. Greene has worked on other films as well including, Skateland, Warrior, Summer's Blood and The Apparition.

At the 2011 Hollywood Life's Young Hollywood Awards, Greene received The Style Icon Award and has been presented an award by PETA for representing Avon and supporting their no testing on animals policy. The actress has also posed nude with bodypaint as a bikini for the SoBe ads that ran in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.
