Ex-porn star Lana Rhoades has revealed that her boyfriend, Mike Majlak, got catfished around the time they first met.

In the latest episode of their YouTube series “3 Girls 1 Kitchen,” Rhoades, Alexa Adams and Olivia Davis talked about their dating experiences, including catfishing, which involves a person creating a fake identity or uses another person’s identity to lure others into a relationship. The former adult performer then revealed that her YouTuber boyfriend was once deceived by a woman on social media.

Rhoades, whose real name is Amara Maple, explained that because she loves looking at Majlak’s phone, she found out that he had been talking to a girl on Twitter just days after they met. She clarified, however, that they weren’t dating yet at the time and that things weren’t serious between them.

“He was asking her to brunch after he met me. I’m like ‘damn, you’re asking someone to brunch after you met me. I thought you liked me right away. I thought you f-----g knew I was the one,’” Rhoades recalled.

Rhoades visited the woman’s profile and learned that she was from Mexico, describing her as someone who “was so, so pretty” based on her photos. The OnlyFans star added that she became uptight because when she asked Majlak who he would rather date between her and the woman he was chatting with, he jokingly chose the latter.

“His jokes are not funny. His jokes are so mean,” Rhoades admitted, adding that she became upset after Majlak joked about the woman he was messaging.

Months had passed and it still bothered Rhoades, who then wondered how the woman could have very few followers when she was so gorgeous. This was when she decided to choose one of her photos, reverse Google-searched it and found that the person in the image actually lives in the U.K. instead of Mexico.

Rhoades also said that the woman’s photos were edited to make her “look better.” She described the real girl as “a little bit like more overweight” and “pretty but not ‘she’s perfect.’”

Rhoades concluded her tale by confessing that she has not told Majlak the truth until now.
