Lana Rhoades is dishing on how she moves on after breakups and gets over her exes.
In the seventh episode of "3 Girls 1 Kitchen," Rhoades, Olivia Davis and Alexa Adams answered some questions they received from fans. One asked Adams about how to get over someone they loved, to which the former porn star responded with her thoughts about the issue and past experiences.
"Going through multiple breakups and I don't know about you, but I've always Googled how to get over my ex like since my first breakup in f-----g middle school," Rhoades shared.
The OnlyFans star went on to encourage those going through a split to focus on themselves.
"It's always like focus on yourself and like it just seems so cliche, but it actually is so true. You need to genuinely not do it because you think 'Oh, if I better myself they're going to get back together,'" she said. "So, better yourself because it'll make you feel better."
Rhoades then recommended doing things that would make one happy. She listed some activities that stimulate the body to produce endorphins that heartbroken people can do.
"Also, just doing things that naturally release endorphins in your body like working out, masturbating, lots of masturbating my favorites, that will naturally release endorphins and happy chemicals in your brain which is going to help you if you're feeling depressed about it. You just need to focus on you know, striving for those good things," she continued.
When Davis suggested focusing on work or achieving a goal, Rhoades chimed in saying a person's accomplishments are huge confidence boosters that can also make one feel happy.
"The times that I've been broken up with and I just dove into work or accomplishments. I got over them quicker than anything because you're accomplishing things that's making you feel great about yourself," she added.
In another episode of "3 Girls 1 Kitchen," Rhoades dished on her relationship with her boyfriend, Mike Majlak, whom she has been dating for a year. They briefly split in late October before getting back together a week later.
Rhoades shared that she and Majlak had agreed to move in together, but he broke up with her the day she moved into the house they picked out, saying he wasn't ready and was feeling pressured. While their split didn't last long, she said it made her realize that if she wanted to be with him, she had to accept him and their differences, including his lack of interest in settling down and starting a family.
"You're never going to get what you want if you're making someone do it," Rhoades said.
