Ex-Porn Star Mia Khalifa Accuses Bang Bros Of Deceiving Her With Photoshoot: ‘I Felt Cheap, Used’

Former porn star Mia Khalifa, who once topped PornHub's most-viewed chart, has recently been opening up about her regrets over entering the adult film industry. Now, she is speaking out about her bad experience with the porn company Bang Bros.

Khalifa, who made 11 porn videos in her short stint in the adult film industry, recently narrated a harrowing experience that involved Bang Bros. In a series of tweets, she began her story by saying that she didn’t open up about this before because she was made to feel that she would be "derided by the general public" if she shared it.

The porn star, who made waves in the adult film industry because of her hijab mature videos, was contacted by Bang Bros' Jordan Sibbs. The executive reportedly told her that a Vogue photographer who is the relative of his girlfriend was in town, during the height of her viral clips.

Sibbs apparently tried to convince Khalifa to pose for the shoot by claiming she could go mainstream and be "validated" if she worked with him.

Thinking that it was a legitimate stint, Khalifa went to the Bang Bros office without knowing what to expect from the photographer, whose name, she believed, was Christian. When she was told that there was no makeup artist and hairstylist on the set, this seemed to set off warning signals.

But the former adult film star said she brushed it off because she didn’t want to offend the photographer, and, at the back of her mind, she thought the gig may land her on Vogue.

However, Khalifa was taken to the roof and was alone with the photographer. She was allegedly given two rifles and a hijab. The former porn star then posed the way she was instructed, “while he made physical corrections on my body.”

Things escalated quickly, Khalifa recalled, as the photographer introduced by the Bang Bros exec began ordering her to pose “from provocative to salacious.” The actress admitted she was scared but wasn’t able to say anything because she feared she might be harmed. Khalifa also shared that she was still somewhat hoping that it may actually be for Vogue.

After the hijab shots, Khalifa was preparing to leave when the photographer insisted they take a few more shots. He instructed her to take her hijab and underwear off and pose against a wall.

“My heart began to palpatate [sic]. I know it might be easy for you to say ‘you had sex on camera, what’s the big deal?’ But you need to understand the level of fear a woman has when she feels powerless,” the ex-porn star tweeted.

Khalifa recalled that the experience made her feel “cheap and used, powerless and demeaned.” When she didn’t pose to his liking, the photographer would correct her physically and, at one point, even touched her breasts. Despite the man being “sexually ambiguous,” the experience, the porn star said, affected her for six years.

She alleged that Bang Bros, its executives and the photographer “consciously chose to deceive” her because the photos would later be used in the porn website under her name.

“I was a pawn to them, they never saw me as a human being with a soul and a future. They trafficked me into the hands of this man with no supervision or regards for my safety. I was not paid for that shoot,” Khalifa added.

Khalifa concluded her lengthy post by condemning the alleged Vogue photographer for his misconduct. She said that if he really did work for Vogue, then he should be ashamed of "abusing his credentials" to do that shoot.
