Ex-Porn Star Mia Khalifa Promotes Self-Love In TikTok Video: 'I Love My Extra Skin'

Mia Khalifa is promoting self-love by celebrating everything about herself, including her extra skin, in a new video.

In a new clip she shared on her TikTok and Instagram Stories, the former porn star reminded her fans to love their bodies no matter what shape or size they are. Khalifa shared a clip from TikTok user @mariapacelli, who showed off her stomach to her followers, along with a video of her own body.

“[I]t’s time [to] normalize extra skin, stretch marks & everything else that comes with losing weight. [C]heers to an era of self love,” @mariapacelli wrote in her TikTok video, which Khalifa said had been taken down.

The former adult star commented on her own body, which she showed off in blue underwear, saying, “I love my extra skin. It reminds me why I have a great personality.”

Khalifa also praised the TikTok user, who has been documenting her weight loss journey on her page, in the caption of her post, saying, “AND THATS ON LOSING 60lbs AND BEING JUST AS FUNNY, SMART, and KIND AT BOTH WEIGHTS.”

This is not the first time Khalifa has promoted self-love and acceptance of traits often associated with unattractiveness. In July, Khalifa and her friend took to Instagram to ask the social media star’s followers about their insight on things that need to be normalized.

One user pointed out that hip dips should be normalized, to which Khalifa replied, “Your hips are beautiful the way they are.” Another fan pointed out that acne should also be normalized, and the former porn star showed her own blemishes to her followers.

“[N]ormalize what, normalize what, normalize acne. What's that?” she said, adding in the caption, “Normalize loving yourself.”

One person said that being an average-looking girl and not like an Instagram influencer should be normalized. Khalifa agreed and did not hesitate to reveal the flab on her stomach.

Khalifa has also been open about her insecurities, particularly her nose, and her decision to go under the knife. In June, the former porn star debuted a $15,000 nose job from famous plastic surgeon Deepak Dugar, TMZ reported.

A source told the outlet that Khalifa has long wanted a smaller nose after having been insecure about it since she was 14. She shared a selfie with bandages still on her face.

Khalifa said that she and the plastic surgeon both agreed that she should maintain her “strong middle eastern nose.” However, the ex-porn star also said that the rhinoplasty was needed to soften her nose and make it “more feminine.”
