'Exo Zombies' DLC Coming To 'Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare' This Month
Sledgehammer Games released a trailer for upcoming downloadable content “Havoc” on Tuesday. This is the first DLC pack for the popular first-person shooter, which reached the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC on Nov. 4.
“Havoc” will introduce zombie mode “Exo Zombies.” Like similar zombie modes from previous “Call of Duty” games, players must take on the undead. In “Havoc,” the zombies are given superhuman abilities.
The “Exo Zombies” mode also will feature celebrities John Malkovich, Bill Paxton, Rose McGowan and Jon Bernthal. “Havoc” will launch on Tuesday for the Xbox One and Xbox 360, but no release date for other platforms has been announced. “Havoc” also will introduce new multiplayer maps and weapons to the game.
Zombies first appeared in the 2008 “Call of Duty” game “World at War.” The mode was separate from the game, and players battled Nazi zombies in an old, abandoned farmhouse with limited weapons. The game also had a two-player option.
