Manchester United and Manchester City move their rivalry to London as the two teams meet in the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley Stadium.

As always, there are numerous storylines -- the most prominent being that both clubs will be playing without their most high-profile forward.

United's Wayne Rooney will miss the match due to suspension, while City's Carlos Tevez is sidelined with a hamstring strain.

For Sir Alex Ferguson, Rooney's absence means he will turn to Dimitar Berbatov. Most managers would drool at the option of having the Premier League's leading goal-scorer in the starting 11, but United's roster is so stacked with talent that Berbatov has been used as a substitute in recent games.

Roberto Mancini has a strong option himself in Mario Balotelli. The young Italian striker has six goals in 14 matches, but has the reputation of being hot-headed. A quality performance from Balotelli would provide a much-needed boost to City, and his personal career.

Mario knows he must take more responsibility, said Mancini, who believes the striker can be a hero. We have six league games, plus the semi-final and the final. I hope Mario can score important goals.

Mancini will have defender Micah Richards available for the match, who had returned to training in the past week.

The Citizens have quite a challenge ahead of them. United have won their last seven matches in all competitions. Meanwhile, the club has been in top fitness. Aside from Rooney, Ferguson will only be without Jonny Evans and Darren Fletcher on Saturday.

United's formerly injured players have shown little signs of rust. Ferguson recently praised the recent return of central defender Rio Ferdinand, and midfielder Ji-Sung Park, who scored a fine goal against Chelsea in Champions League competition.

The Red Devils have dominated the rivarly in the last four matches, with three victories and one draw.

City is looking for their first trip to the FA Cup title since 1981. The Citizens haven't won a trophy since the League Cup in 1976.

United, meanwhile, is not only seeking the FA Cup title, but also the Premier League and Champions League titles, as well. United have not won the Treble since 1999.

The winner plays the winner of Stoke City-Bolton Wanderers on May 14th at Wembley.
