Fall TV Premiere Dates 2016: Watch Season Premieres Of ‘American Horror Story,’ ‘Blindspot’ And More Sept. 14
Fall TV premiere season is in full swing tonight. There is a plethora of TV shows kicking off on Wednesday, Sept. 14, but most of them are on at the same time! Be sure to set your DVR.
“American Horror Story” Season 6 will be a popular choice. “AHS” alums like Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Matt Bomer, Kathy Bates and Lady Gaga are set to appear again. Cuba Gooding Jr. and Jacob Artist are among the newcomers to the cast. While several actors have confirmed their appearances, FX hasn’t released an official cast list. Even the theme still hasn’t been revealed, and those promos aren’t all good clues. Only one of the 24 promo videos is real. Fans will have to tune in to find out if their favorite trailer is the chosen one.
If you’re looking for a mystery that’s a little less nightmare inducing, “Blindspot” Season 2 will premiere on NBC. The show is making it easy for new viewers to tune in. According to TV Guide, Jane (Jaimie Alexander) will quickly recap what audiences need to know, but she has a new goal. Jane will be attempting to get access to her former organization — but she’ll need to get out of the FBI’s torture cell first.
Comedy Central will lighten up the night with their animated shows. “South Park” returns for Season 20 and will be followed by a new show, “Legends of Chamberlain Heights.” The new comedy, which follows three high school freshmen, is expected to be a hit. Comedy Central already renewed the show for a second season.
Reality fans also have plenty to watch. When “Don’t Be Tardy…” Season 5 premieres on Bravo, Kim Zolciack will be considering adding a seventh baby to her family. “Worst Cooks in America: Celebrity Edition” Season 9 will debut on Food Network Wednesday as well with a cast that includes “I Dream of Jeannie” star Barbara Eden, “Jersey Shore” alum Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and “The Real” host Loni Love.
